Be Flabulous

“Wah, 21.1km ah,” exclaimed a colleague when he saw my finisher shirt from a recent run.

I have been trying to have an effective exercise regime for quite some time. Feet pain, knee pain or some other injury get in the way.

No matter how hard I try, my weight only went up and not down since I got married. 11 kg in all. My arms are flabby, my thighs rub against each other. I am currently overweight with a BMI of 26 but I think I am extremely fit.

How could I think I was fat and wore baggy clothes when I was 20kg lighter?

Beginning of this year, I was 5kg lighter and avoided taking pictures and going out. I was getting depressed and believed I was fat and ugly. Just recently, I realised the slimmest and most gorgeous time I am could be now.

Aunties and uncles, boys and girls or whoever that is suffering from severely low metabolism rate, go out and have fun instead of hiding at home.

Clear your old clothes and get new ones.

Cam whore as much as you can because this may be your slimmest and most gorgeous time.

Be yourself. Be flabulous.
