Advice: Before you place an order for such jewellery, make sure you check with them how long they need before they can deliver. Do not just Google for reviews. Join WhatsApp group chats and ask questions and make sure you are comfortable before placing an order.

I placed an order in September 2020 and I was even concerned what if I am unable to provide the materials needed? I had difficulty providing my baby’s hair as the older folks were against shaving my son’s hair. Its ok. Let them work on others’ order first and will send them in later.

Fast forward to December 2020, still no news from them to collect the materials needed to make the jewellery. Panic button activated. What if they lost my order? I paid more than $500 for them.

Courier was sent to collect the raw materials within days. Whew. Not so bad after all. I didn’t know why people are fussing over having to wait two months for their items.

I was hoping I can show my jewellery during CNY in February 2021. No news.

I was hoping I will receive them by my son’s birthday in March 2021. No news. I sent another messenger message and I received a reply asking me not to worry. They ran out of 18k gold and waiting for June for the materials to be sent over.

Are you fucking kidding me? That will be almost six months from providing the materials and it never occurred to you to inform your clients of the delay? Considering I made the order last year, you had more than enough time to order the precious metals to fulfil the orders.

Then they promised to send the completed items over with the week. Ok, not so bad. They can fulfil part of the order.

End of the week came, next week came and still and no package.

This is not ok anymore. I made a fuss and I received my items in a day. Is it someone else’s milk? Some other baby’s hair and umbilical cord? Is it 18k as promised? I don’t know. I need to check.

I can understand jewellery takes time to make but come on, these are not news designs made just for me. Having customers to chase you is bad customer service. Maybe the money is not big enough. Don’t give discounts then. I can pay full price but can you deliver promptly?

Customers of such jewellery are willing to pay for such keepsakes items. They appreciate your craft, trusted you and handed part of them to you. For someone like me, it is unlikely for me to have another child and this is evermore important.

For customers to keep chasing for a response shows your business lack etiquette and you should know you cause more distress than joy. Do consider serving another type of clientele.

No matter how beautiful the items are, I am currently blinded by my anger. I am not a satisfied client at the moment but I am glad I can close this waiting episode.
